it has been over a week since i sent my console to them. I checked the repair status but I think its useless. one thing that i notice is that the license transfer link gives me a different serial that has been linked to my xbox account. does this mean that they are going to send me a different xbox anytime?

They gave me a different xbox 360 with a new serial ID number from the one I had before, so ... yes.

The process for repairing it usually goes something like this: "Received" "Repairing" "Sending back"
