After NXE games won't stop crashing.

after i update my console i can't play any games without crashing. I took it back to the store and got a new one and after i update it to nxe i am having the same problems. In fable 2 i play for about 5 minutes and it crashes. GTA4 10 minutes and  it crashes. I don't have a hard drive but i have 2 256MB memory cards. This is really pissing me off. Did Microsoft tested NXE before releasing it to the public?

i waited for a 2 weeks to rent fable 2 and after 4 copies of it. I just gave up on playing that game. I get it when it becomes a platinum hit.
