Don't see any MPEG or Video CD card feature still. You can watch MPEG files your computer for this CD though.

My saturn collection is missing a video CD card. :(

Welcome, quality of MPEG version is better than PS version but it's on Japanese. You can also play the MPEG files on your computer.

I got a card but the switches on the back of the battery cover (50/60Hz and region changing) mean that I cannot keep the battery cover on with the switches on. :P
