I just bought a 360 arcade with the jasper motherboard and the built in memory. Ordered the vga cable from ebay too, I'm looking forward to playing in HD on my bad ass CRT monitor. I also picked up a 20gb hd, charge cable and battery pack and a few games so including the console itself I got it all for under $280 - 360 stuff is dirt cheap!

Good thing you're not planning to buy a wireless adapter ... those are dirt expensive ;)

Yeah I saw that, it's highway robbery. If I was into online gaming though I wouldn't have sold the ps3. Built in wireless, all free. If I do anything online with the 360 I'll just use ethernet.

also my refurbished xbox is going in for repairs soon.
