Bleemed Game Swap Trick
« on: September 15, 2007, 10:24:17 PM »
I was playing around with a bleem game 2day and a noticed it said START+A+B+X+Y to restart so i tried it and it went back to the 'Bleem' screen. Then i opened the disk flap and the game didn't return to the DC main screen but the screen began blinking and closed the disk back. The game loaded! and i thought 'What if?' so i restarted it (bleem not the dreamcast) and switched it with another bleem disk that wouldn't boot and it began to play!! So i again thought 'What if...?' and i went through my ps1 game collection and pulled out Digimon rumble arena. And oh my god it played!!!!

So i just wanted to say by switching a ps1 game at the 'bleem' screen with the bleem disk already in the dc it will play! even if its a pure ps1 game or even some kind of burned homebrew!

That's because the bleem discs that people make are just bleem packaged in the game.  You can download a standalone Bleem disc that goes straight to the screen that you found.  Good find though, I never knew you could get to that from bleemed games.

Some PS1 games are better when played on the DC than they are on the PS2.

rtype delta is pretty awesome  probally the best for psx but i guess your up crap creek for bleem  what i have seen  has been pretty bad and if a game an't smooth and you can't evan watch an intro why bother it ruins the game, but thats my opinion anyway best as in clear and nearly  smooth i have seen  for bleem would be burning road
could bleem be bad for your dc?
How would bleem be bad for your DC?

It ruins your console as much as playing any DC backup does.
