How to play NTSC SELFBOOT GAMES on PAL DREAMCAST

Hello . Im a new and sorry for my bad english.

I really want to play a ELEMENTAL GIMMICK GEAR and fire pro wrestling . Im download this game, SELFBOOT and they dont work in
my PAL DREAMCAST. I try open it in UTOPIA but they dont work. I try open it witch CODEBREAKER - simmilar problem. Please help me .

I try a discjuggler, clone cd , img burn...
i have a PAL console and i want to play a NTSC game ( like i say before , i try UTOPIA and CODEBREAKER too ) . |

The console doesn't care. If it is selfboot you don't need a boot disk, is your telly capable of showing NTSC output?
