I haven’t played it yet, but the trailer looks pretty awesome. I’m definitely going with the ps5, for me they’ve always has the best exclusives, and the built in vr should hopefully be good. I still play my psvr from time to time. How about you, xbox or ps5?

No I haven’t played that yet either. I always planned on it, but watching reviews I kind of got the impression that it might be kind of repetitive, and then Yu didn’t end the story after finally getting the chance to make another game. I played the remaster a bit. I’ve been playing more retro games lately than anything, I really want to play through Panzer Dragoon Saga again but the ebay prices are insane. Wish I still had my old copy.

shenmue 3 was very fun dude. its the third best shenmue game imo but its absolutely worth playing at least once. its no more repetitive than the old games.

theres a new saturn disc drive emu board out https://8bitmods.com/fenrir/. im gonna wait till people have some impressions of it and then probably buy one. so far i think it just works the the 20 pin model 1 saturn but will have full compatibility in the future. i have a modded saturn but every 5 years or so the laser dies and most of these replacement laser dont work right from my experience so far. if you want to play some panzer dragoon saga your gonna need a lot of money or some kind of modded saturn!

Ah man that thing looks awesome, But unfortunately the Saturn I want to mod is something like a va5. I killed the disk drive trying to install a mod chip years ago but everything else works, so I’ve just kept it around. I have an earlier one with the oval buttons but it works so well I don’t really want to take it apart. Wish I could find a Chinese knock off Phoebe like I did with my gdemu..

That looks pretty cool. I got the Fenrir installed and also soldered a DSI battery along with a micro USB recharge circuitboard to the CMOS battery contacts so I shouldn't have to worry about saves anymore. The Saturn I used doesn't have a working cartridge port so backing them up isn't an option. This thing rocks though, I hope they implement a way to go back to the loader menu via the controller in the future. And as soon as they release a Fenrir for the model 2 I have another Saturn without a working disk drive that would be great to mod.

you need that cartridge port for the ram cart bro!!1111 glorious capcom fighters!@111!1111 i think future firmwares might include an in game menu reset. the fenrir might even have a wifi chip on it so maybe eventually we can get firmware updates without even removing the sd card!

Yeah I mean it is what it is, the cartridge port is physically missing from the board, definitely not something I want to fix. Once they release a model 2 version I'll be set though.
