Yabause 0.9.11 released

After two years new Yabause 0.9.11 version is released.
But speed of Dreamcast port is still very slow.
This is 3 years old video but that game still runs the same:

 general:
  - Now using CMake as the default build system.
    For now, autotools based build and "custom" build systems are still supported.

Thanks for posting! I really wish they'd work on the PSP port some more, I've always wanted to play some Dragon Force on the go!
