Still a linux user retro?

Linux, Apple OSX & also running Windows 7 3 different computers 3 different OS to use. I find my self using Apple OSZ & Linux more then Windows.

When I use Apple OSX it is for my digital art & photography.
Linux is used for writing scripts & codes
I keep Windows around for those application that are for Windows only & also for testing my scripts and codes out   Also for playing games on & using emulators that's about it.

I use Windows for everything, I <3 Adobe CS and MS Office. I don't do much coding or anything so there's not really a point in me using Linux...

Have you looked into java/python/pearl/css/GML/C/Ruby/C++ ?

I learned from html once you understand one type of code the rest are easy kinda like walking you fall but once you learn how to put one foot in front of the other it is simple.
