I bought everything I want with what I have made on ebay and have around 18 and some change. Any recommendations as far as some random useful item I could buy for under 20?

I could buy several nice lunches for 18 dollars. Well not nice, but definitely lunch.
And I have not met a dealer who accepts paypal and would be highly suspicious if I did.

Lol, I decided to start making an emergency bucket. I got two 5 gallon buckets at home I used to brew with but I haven't in a while.
bought a couple minor first aid things and that, later on I'm going to buy more first aid shit and a box of MREs and a water filtering system to attach to one of my rain barrels. Oh and eventually Either a windmill or solar panels.
Should have bought the shit to fix my tv though. PS3 is not meant to be played on a 13 inch sdtv.

Not a bad idea, it's always nice to think your prepared for whatever, even if it never pays off.
It's funny about TV's, when I bought my HDTV I just HAD to buy component cables for all my old game consoles, but since they look pixelated and rarely have a widescreen option I keep my old TV hooked up.
Meanwhile I only have 1 HDMI cable, so when I want to switch between the 360 and PS3 I'm usually too lazy to pull the TV out of the corner to switch it back. It's a sad state of affairs.
I hear you about the old TV, in most games the text is so small it's almost impossible to read unless your viewing in HD.
