[XBOX 360] banned [WAVE 4] ?

So around 3 months ago I had my XBOX360 flashed. Things where going great with the console until last night :( I do not use XBL (xbox live) nor do I have a account that can play xbl games with other people. So I go to turn on my XBOX360 & I go to My Movies/Videos what ever it is called to stream a movie from my computer 2 the XBOX360. & I got a error message saying something about I need a media update to play this type of file to log in to sign in to your XBOX. So go click the sign in & I get a message saying I am banned from XBL....

Is there away to get unbanned from XBL ?

I don't have nor will I ever have a modded 360 ... sure it saves money but ruins the point of gaming in its entirety.

The only way to remove the ban flag is if you have a backup of your NAND prior to the ban,  if you dont know what that means or are unsure,  you probably don't.  This only removes the ban flag,  you then have to remove it from the HDD so your profile/game copies wont be corrupt.  You can only remove the flag,  once you reconnect the ethernet,  you will be banned again.  There is no such thing as unbanning,  and if someone says otherwise,  they are full of shit.
