this guy is hands down my hero, its hilarious how he ends up getting away, these cops are useless.

Might not of been in the US of A. It could of been in Canada. Here cops arent as forcefull and they always take out their tasers, no matter the situation.

they seemed tentive too because of the camera, more than likely that guy woulda got beat down if it wasn't on camera.
