I ripped this image from an original copy of the game. The cover scan is not mine, I Googled for it. I have not region-unlocked this game - it is in it's original form.

Unless you have been living under a video game rock, you will have at some point at least heard of the Cho Aniki series of video games. They are a series that star two close "friends" who pass the time bodybuilding, modeling Speedos and firing "holy protein" out of the holes in in the top their heads.

The Saturn version features the duo reprising their roles as side-scrolling shoot-'em-up guardians as they assist a cast of characters in blowing up some very gay enemies. The point? The story? Who cares, it's Cho Aniki!
