Try to use cd-r(s) from Moser Baer India, they're popular and have nice burning results (confirmed on burned Saturn games with nero cd dvd speed and kprobe). About 5k-10k c1 errors and always 0 c2 errors. I'm using burning speed equal 12x (but i 've burned sometimes with 8x or 16x for testing). For sure it'll work on dc games too. Saturn can read them, so dc of course will be too 8)!!
Problems with Saturn type of images?
Feel free to ask me about it, or go

The sony cd-r's didn't work for me from my experience, memorex did though.

I only use TDK & Verbatim

Hands down Verbatim is the best cd media company to buy CD's DVD's & also blue-ray
