Removing Rental Sticker From Game Cart

i bought a 64 game today and it got a big sticker over the title and caution stickers. there is also writing written in marker on it.

how do i remove the sticker and not damage the title and caution stickers?

whats the best way to remove the writing?

Don't quote me on this because I don't know for sure, but it seems to me that rubbing alcohol would help get it off and clean it up well. Blowing a hair dryer might work with the stickers also, warms up the adhesive and loosens it up, making it easier to take off.
