Odd, I know ... maybe pointless even. I don't even play this game and I put in for one. Free shipping, free everything.

I've never played, but I have a friend who's into it, thanks for the freebie.

I played this a long while back.  still have cards that I never sold.  good valuable ones too. Maybe I should see what I can get on craplist for them.

I'd like to get into it, I've been completely swamped with school lately, it would be cool to find something new to do.

I was into it for years.  Fun game, but expensive as fuck to play competitively.  And if you wanna play Type 1 "old school" Magic, forget it.  Your looking at least a couple grand to get a competitive deck.  Modern (or Type 2) isn't as bad, but stil requires, usually, a couple hundered dollars in cards to play.  I'll play if any of my friends who have decks are around, but screw shelling out that much cash for cardboard.

yeah I put a shitload of money into it.  I started good though, bought a set of 5000 random cards off of ebay for 80 bucks and I easily had 400 dollars worth in that.
if you want to get into it, thats the quickest and easiest way to do so.  btw 30 cards may be an alright deck to learn the basics, but any real deck should have between 45 and 60.  also there are free versions of mtg online out there Im prety sure and if anyone finds a good one I might be willing to dl and play against you.  and its prety easy to learn, and near impossible to master.
