A Hearfelt Thanks to Segahub
« on: December 30, 2008, 07:12:14 AM »
I've been lurking here almost a month to the day. After some hard earned cash went to Rapidshare and Megaupload I believe I've dumped the entire DC Download section.
Count for DC images - 363 consuming about 130gb (Not including compilations and home brews).   Not a complete set but a good start.

For this I thank the individuals spending their time and bandwidth for the cause.

Segahub Mods:  I know I saw some article about donating...  point me in the general direction and I'll throw you some dollars.  You deserve it.  Real Top Notch fourm.
Incidentally - I have a complete list of all the broken links if you want.  Couldn't justify posting to every thread.

Let me know how I can help.  I'm not hip to posting to Rapidshare or Megaupload or making a hundred Gmail accounts but I'd be willing to set up a private ftp and you can snag what I've got and do what you will with it.  (This is directed at Mods and a few ACTIVE members.  I don't trust just anyone.)  And if you can fill in the blanks on my collection that would just be fabulous.
In addition to the DC images, I have many CURRENT GoodTools romsets and thousands upon thousands of classic computer, arcade, and console images - Somewhere around 350 GB worth (More than you or I could play in a lifetime))
Of course right now I'm working on building my DC collection (PS is next!  Gasp!)

THANKS AGAIN!!!!

I knew I couldnt be the only person who thinks 8 gigs of ram is needed.
I do need to up my HDD space though, I think Ill get two 1tb hdds at some point, one for my pc shit and one for my 360 games. then the other hdds 250 and 500 can be used for older games.  Oh and welcome.

Yeah, well, 8gig ram ain't good for much but you dump your swap on a virtual drive and watch her smoke!

And somebody recognized Bill the Cat!!!!!!!!!!!

People reading this... send these fine people some money.  They need it.  I'm proud to say I just did.
And thank you all for the warm welcome!
