Before I installed the lastest DX9c I could not even use the nullPvr gfx plugin. After I updated I could pick it but the screen goes completely black so I get only sound. This leaves me with the chankast plugin, which renders the dc boot animation screen corruptly. Then when playing Code Veronica and taking the two guns (which I'm supposed to put in a similar "container" on another door in another room) in a room in the mansion the screen goes completely corrupted; a black BG with dots of many colors.

Does anyone have a helpful hint what to do to get the nullPvr gfx plugin working instead of the chankast one I'm resorted to currently ?

Yes, I have both the 2005 SP1 and 2008 runtimes of VisualC++ installed.

I have a P4 @ 2.4 GHz, 512 mb ddr, and gfx being a an nvidia 4200Ti 64mb, for these games the emu performance is quite perfect I should say (probably not the case with real dc silky smooth games though).
