This is retarded. Why have 63 downloading torrents if you have a maximum of 60 anyway?

He is also telling you to change options that aren't even enabled.

As for the speed options they depend on your connection. Changing things like half open connections are of no use if you don't run additional programs as XP SP2 only allows 10 anyway so setting utorrent to 66 will only confuse utorrent and slow it down.

Don't listen to this dude - mess about yourself and get what works for you.

my download was going 52kbs then it was going 60kbs

It could be because another seeder got on or another seeder stopped leeching off the seeder you were downloading off of.  This guide has almost no relevance to torrent speeds.  Unless your network settings are royally fucked up or your firewall isnt configured properly/is a peice of shit,  Your torrents arent going to go noticeably faster by changing a few options.  Plus this guy sounds like fucking Steve Erkel.
