Thats pretty much on par with what you'd be able to pick out at newegg.com
I've shopped geeks.com before and they are just fine, though newegg would probably give you better components.

also I can't recommend getting that video card if you'd like to play anything thats come out within the past few years, and anything in the future. the price isn't too far from the 8600gt, which will do a hell of a lot more for you.

or there are a few recertafied 8800's which would rock

and yeah, its got 2 IDE ports on it

also, I don't personally have a 775 motherboard, but this is a highly rated cheap heatsink http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134
