I did I was thinking of starting a claim today but I was wondering idk since look at all his other rep its really good. I did pay it with paypal. If I don't get it by friday I am going to start a claim because its been 2 weeks.

so he got back with me today.
He said:"yes and sorry for late replies, I've had some gall bladder troubles that kept me going into the hospital to often."
Then I asked him if he was going to ship it tomorrow, he said
"no, I will send it out today, you should be receiving it this week. "
Then I said to him to inform me once he ships it and he said
"I sent it out already earlier today, and sorry for making you wait."
