yeaaaaahhhhh ummmm How about NO.  FPS is the best genre there is in games.  even halo 3 in all its mediocrity is better than the very best turn based RPG or sports game.

Lost Odyssey is what I'm playing right now, and I'm almost disagreeing with you on the whole FPS is better than any other genre, man ... I'm sorry. Even though I'm kinda frustrated with the part I'm at right now, it's personally way up there with Final Fantasy 7 man, seriously.

I do every morning jim.  although you have a twisted aspect of wrestling, never have I thought it was real. it is however far more entertaining than any real sport.  I know there just opinions, but they are right cause I am the alpha and the omega, the one true destroyer, the king of kings, the chosen one.  and final fantasy 7 sucked it long and hard.  you can take that to the bank.

new trailer for future installments with halo 3.  They released this trailer on bungie.net on 9/25/08. It shows what will come of the new 6 single player levels, thats why theres like 77 achievements now for halo 3 if you haven't noticed yet.

what was the best then? Huh honestly? There were no other good final fantasys unless your thinking of final fantasy 3 which no other story in the final fantasy series has had a GOOD storyline besides gameplay.

I hate final fantasy 10, probably the worst one in there.
FFXII was too congested.
FFIII had no character involvement.
^same with like every other game.

Don't even get me started with FFVIII just a terrible game over all.

Yeah I've already got like 3 or 5 of the new achievements. As soon as I got on and downloaded the update I had people inviting me to do them.

Yeah now it all makes sense. I hope those new downloads for the new single players will be free. I've spent too much shit on their stuff.

OK, when I say something sucks I always specify that I just didn't like it or it wasn't my cup of tea or even start out saying "I would say..."
You're a dumb ass if you think you dictate popular opinion. Theres never been a final fantasy game to receive less than a 9.0 rating on any gaming site to my knowledge. And as far back as I can remember every one has sold like hot cakes.
So does halo 3 suck? In my opinion, yes. The general consensus? no. Most people like halo it seems. I'm completely fine with that. I have the mentality to understand that just because I don't care for something, it still may kick ass for other people.

Some people like being shit on. Some people like drinking piss.
You might be one of those people. Whatever.
Whether you are or aren't, some people like that, and your opinion doesn't count to anyone who isn't like minded.
