To me it just seems like common sense really, newyork and california are under 5 and 10 billion dollar deficits, what are the biggest spendings in these states, free medical coverage. So if these states can't do it, if all the free healthcare giving countries cant do it, why would Barack Obama, who mind you has very little experience be able to come and do it?
