you're right dude! They're making these controllers so freakin expensive! And I know we use the controller a lot but damn, I know 64 controllers didn't cost that much! A wii-mote is like $40 and it doesn't even have rechargeable batteries (double A's, yes but that's not gonna last but a day).

If I ever get a 360, I'm going to stick with wired controllers, try and save me some dough.  back in the old days, games didnt even cost as much as the controllers of today.

I really like wireless but sadly don't have any ... only because of the cost.

On top of the overall price tag on the wireless controllers, you usually have to factor in batteries or regargable ones(w/ charger).

$50 is the standard price for 360 wireless controllers.  If you go online there are always better deals.
