The best site I have come across for mame roms is www.retroroms.net.

They have all current mame roms and all current CHD's on their private server.

Register to download, it's FREE, of course!

Here is a great site with no voting and no registration....  http://www.doperoms.com/   ...some of the newest sets (ie PSX, DC, ect ect) are not fully there but as for retro like N64 and below great rom site

CoolRom is a nice, clean site that has a nice selection of roms for many of the consoles listed above. No ESA pprotected stuff, but they still have some classics (I got Goldeneye, Smash Brothers N64, NiGHTS, Burning Rangers,and Radiant Silvergun from there.)

Here's a site I haven't seen posted yet, they use to be horrible for popups but have removed them. I haven't gotten much through them lately due to my psp being stolen. They have alot of psx, psp and nds stuff.
