« on: March 09, 2008, 06:24:23 PM »
Why have all retailers in the UK stopped selling premodded PS2s and PS2 modchips?

Noone here wants to sell one do they? :D

:P considering the dreamcast is a very 'done' system, you would think that wouldn't factor in on this board.

A mod chip can be purchased for under the price of a flip top, I normally would just use the swap method too :)

I thought about buying one of those myself, but yeah $80 is way too much for 32 MB of anything. I seem to remember reading on the forums that compatibility isn't extremely high yet.

Actually if you have an old version ps2 (not a slim) you can just use an old gameshark and the "knife trick".
