Konami Collector's Series: Castlevania and Contra
« on: March 08, 2008, 06:54:26 PM »
You're all probably familiar with the Castlevania Series and Contra, this pack (released late 2002) contains PC versions of Castlevania 1-3 Contra and Super C.

Its about 1mb decompressed so I take it with me everywhere :)

Download the image and extract its contents in WinRAR:

Where's the link?
You're born, you live, you grow old, and when you're laying on you're death bed, you relize that you never finished half of the games you owned!

Apparently the gif file is the link. Right click the picture and click save as, save it and open it with winrar. Don't know why, but thats how.

Its actually a native windows thing, binary combining.

Open up command prompt on the folder containing your files (.rar and image file, I've used .gif and .jpg)

I like using the dir command so I get the file exactly right.

Type:
Code: [Select]
copy /b file1.jpg+file2.rar file3.jpg
of course using the real file names, and file3 can be named anything so long as its extension is that of the image file.
