Right click on the .001 file and say "open with..." and choose WinRAR.  Press extract.

I don't know if he's even talking about 7zip files though, I don't think we have a game that's .7z.001, .7z.002, .7z.003 etc.  Nunex, can you please take a screenshot of the folder to show us your situation?

Press PrtScr button in the top row of your keyboard on the right and paste it into Photoshop or paint.  Save the image and upload it to http://www.imageshack.us.  Give us the link that it gives you.

You need to read what I said again.  Press PrtScr and then press paste in Paint or Photoshop.
