railroad tycoon for dreamcast or anything like it

what up guys, im getting my lady a dreamcast for her birthday, and she likes building type games like railroad tycoon or the sims, just wondering if anyone has railroad tycoon for dreamcast or anything like it? So far ive only found like that is coaster works, Thanks.

Yeah I'm thinkin Coaster Works and there was also another one called Theme Park I think? Both were pretty amusing to play! Hi by the way haha
