How to burn a Saturn game?
« on: December 10, 2007, 05:16:30 AM »
I got confused about burning Saturn game, sometime they work, sometime they don't, I just don't have a clue. I use varier tools to burn my Saturn games, like nero, alcohol, cdr-win and imgburn, sometime they works, but if is a cue+bin file, it just luck. I got the Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter, when I try to mount it with alcohol and test with ssf (I always do this to ensure the game works b4 I burn it)  it just black screen, I don't have a single clue how to burn this game, can anyone help?

You can burn them faster than that.  I always burn them at 8x speed, and haven't had any problems since then.

Burning Saturn games is an art ;).  There are so many exceptions that it'll take you awhile to learn how to burn all the different file types, regions, etc...

If you have a specific game you need help on, post the list of files you have and I'll help you out.

even over 8x they can work but i wouldnt recommend it
MvS requires a ramcart so its more than likely that or the region is wrong.
enable the ramcart in SSF and try a different region Bios or patch the region
alternativly download Mame or final burn and play the game in all its glory ;)
