Now I need ROM help!

I got a disc from a guy with 180 SNES Roms on it but I dont what emulator to use or how to get the Roms from the disc to the emulator? Anyone with time for a step by step?

Are you talking about running the emulator on the Dreamcast or on the PC?

SNES4ALL is the best SNES emulator, there isn't a really good one that plays games full speed though.  If you want to give it a try though:

If you use pal roms its faster but since you have the roms I guess that won't be a factor
