I read about a new dragon quest game coming to the wii also, Dragon quest swords or something like that. I'm going to have to pick up a wii this christmas, they're getting all the good games.

Rogue Galaxy and the .hack//G.U. series are amazing. If you like RPGs and have a ps2, these are a must.

Wait...i made a mistake, final fantasy x sucked, my bad. Hell, VIII was bloody awful too. After square merged with enix all their IPs began to drop in quality. the only good thing that came out of that company so far was dragon quest VIII and that was only because Level-5 made the game. although i have to say 12 was better than 10 but they will never make another game better than 4-7. It's hard for me to say this rant against final fantasy because i used to be a hardcore fan. Tidus was awkward and cringe-inducing. Squall was more tolerable, although I disliked his gradual shift in personality over what was not a very long period of time.

Thats crazy man. First of all, I LOVE dragon quest VIII. On the other hand, FFVIII and X are my 2 favorite FF games. VII was the first one I actually played, so it has a special place in my heart, but I think VIII was a superior game.

I like the old school Final Fantasy games. From VIII and on, they became pretty repetitive and generic.

They are the reason I started playing video games. Before FFVII I played, but just casually.

i remember when it was cool to play Circus Charlie in the arcades so the FF series pretty much rocks but the tunes arn't as catchy

i just started playing ff3 for the first time and its really hard to get into based on the fact that chrono trigger sort of set the standard for snes rpgs for me for so long. it seems ok, but the sprites are so small and the movement is really awkward.

On the subject of PS2 games, I completely forgot that SSX Tricky is multiplatform. It's one of my favorite games.
