ohey im looking to put some time and effort into porting a handful of japanese games cause its awesome?

i need some help obtaining some tools.. im looking for dreamcast binary extraction tools for game data.. like .p04 and .bin files and such

i need extract25.exe, and some words of wisdom maybe or ANY other tools.. struggling like a boss.


want to work on porting a title called ES, an interactive movie, which is pretty unique as it is.

Why do you need to get into those files? You'd probably be better off using a hex editor and translating that way. Your SFDs will need to be re-encoded with subtitles burned in. You won't be able to somehow add a subtitle overlay if that's what you're thinking.
