Tried it out the other day at best buy, I wanted one up until that moment. Now I can safely say I would rather pay the same amount for a GBA or a DS fat.

I had to concentrate on the right spot just to have everything align to look kind of 3d. but even then it still didn't look like any kind of actual 3d. Along with that, the screen is smaller than the DS. for 250 dollars I should be playing on at least a 7 inch screen.

That's weird, I don't have any problems seeing the 3d, although I don't use it much. I saw that as a gimmick before I bought it really.
And why would you want to carry around a 7 inch portable in your pocket? (Obvious dick jokes aside) The length of the whole 3ds is only 6 inches, a 7 inch screen seems crazy.

I just can't get into the idea of portable gaming I guess. I mean I can enjoy playing a DS or a PSP for a while but after a few days its almost a chore using them. I don't even like using a 13 inch screen, I hated that so much I traded a ps3 for my 32 inch flat screen. Eventually I will sell this one to buy a 42 incher, that is about the perfect size screen to me. Hopefully 3D TVs are cheap by the time I go for it. Actually I would rather keep this screen for my monitor and the 42 would be my game/tv screen.

I think I've always wanted to like portable gaming more than console gaming for the convenience factor. That's probably why I get more excited for ports like mario 64 and zelda oot than I do for brand new games. I guess I know what you mean though, it's not like I play my 3ds very much.
I am looking forward to zelda later this month though.

If they made a HDMI out that could be compatible with a 3Dtv that would work.

Apparently you can do that with the PSVita, and it will retail for $250. Not sure if I want to trust sony with any personal info though..
I can't wait for Nintendo's e3 conference tomorrow.

Nah, I'm just not that into pokemon these days. I really liked the red/blue versions, but after that I just haven't been able to get into it so much. I downloaded the 3D pokedex thing though, but just because it's free.
