I picked up a new condenser mic, and bought a used copy of adobe CS4 (after all these years I finally legally own photoshop).

It seems so! It's their own fault though, Photoshop is basically the standard for graphic design, I assume it would be nearly impossible to get a job in the art field without having the kind of experience with photoshop that you can only get from using it at home, and yet even used and outdated copies will run you at least $400.

For Christmas, I just went to visit my parents. Had a pretty relaxed day. When I got home, a friend had gifted me Duke Nukem Forever on Steam so I gave him a copy of Rise of the Triad that I've been keeping in my inventory for a while.

merry christmas, happy holidays bruhs. i wish sega would have digitally released some classic shit this holiday so i could get my nostalgia boner on. heres to 2014 having some awesome sega action!!11 im gettin the feeling 2014 will be a good sega year, at gdc mark cernys translating a post mortum on shenmue, i cant wait to hear yu sazuki talk about that shit. i want to hear some early ass 90s saturn shenmue development talk.

I've read about the new Shenmue news, I'm hoping for at least an android/vita port of 1 and 2.
Square Enix released Dragon Quest VIII on android earlier this month only in Japanese, with no localization plans, Capcom released Phoenix Wright HD only on iOS, hopefully Sega can at least get it right. And oh yeah, of course Shenmue 3 on PS4. It wouldn't make me go out and buy a ps4, but I'd probably buy the game and save it for when I do purchase one.

Shit, Sega doesn't even have the cash to release a console beyond a some sort of Android box, we all know how well those things do too... I'd still consider buying it if Sega made one for the sake of having some new Sega hardware though.

It's a bit late but whatever: I got money and bought shit with it. Hard drive, GC controller, wireless 360 adapter and a used controller (controller was free), some cables, a mouse. Yay, money!

Sega isn't doing too badly financially these days, they just bought Atlus a couple months back and have more $ in the bank than capcom
