I haven't done it myself so I was hoping someone else would respond, but I've heard it's easy, and that if you don't want to do it you can actually take it to Radio Shack and they'll do the whole thing.

Make sure you call them first though, as I've never had them change one for me, just something I read a while back.

Radio Shack will not do that.  They are Retail Sales People, far from having the technical ability to operate a screwdriver let alone a soldering iron.
