so the swap trick kills the saturn ?? never tried it

Yeah, unless your timing is perfect it can kill the disc drive's motor. It might take a while, but with a retro system that isn't getting any easier to purchase it isn't advisable.

i played sega rally for a hour and then wanted to play athlete kings,the sega saturn logo is like shit like a bad cable when i load a game and nothing happends no boot at all,today i tried a game it worked like a charm.
and i play with original games  no chip

Swap trick is pretty easy, never hurt my console but it was easy and cheap to get so i wasn't to concerned.

i buyed nhl 97 to the saturn and it stutters like hell wtf 
is the saturn so bad im planning to buy wipeout but but

I had a sega saturn not to long ago, due to financial issues I had to sell it ( rent money ) but I kept my virtua fighter 2 and street fighter alpha 2
I feel like an idiot though I had the light gun for saturn wich I highly regret getting rid of.

The trigger on mine was worn out so you barely had to press it but it was still functional enough for me I miss seeing who could kill the most civilians in virtua cop before loosing
