Frozen Broccoli1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine1/3 Cup Slivered Almonds1 Can or 1/2 Lb. Fresh, Cleaned and Sliced MushroomsSAUCE:2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine2 Tbsp. Flour2 Cups Milk4 oz. Cream CheeseSalt and Pepper To Taste it when you are making it!Slightly pound chicken breasts with mallet or fist. Cook broccoli asdirect on package; shorten cooking time by 1 to 2 minutes. Melt 1/3 cupbutter or margarine and saute cooked broccoli, almonds and sliced mushrooms.Place some of sauteed mixture on middle of each chicken breast; reserve somesauteed mixture for sauce. Roll breast up and dip in additional meltedbutter or margarine. Be careful now!!! Place In baking dish and bake at 350degree for 1 hour. Serve chicken breast over a bed of cooked wild rice andcovered with a blanket of sauce.SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS: Melt butter or margarine, add 2 tablespoons flour and letthicken.
