What should have been the best version of Tempest 2000
turns out to be a piss poor port compared to the PSX version.
Both games were coded by the same studio which gives no excuse.
The Saturn is far more capable of producing 2D graphical effects than the PSX
but thanks to one sided programming it's doesn't in this game.
By this I mean the programmers couldn't be asrsed working well on
the Saturn port and blaming the hardware for the games short comings.
Total crap !! 
As it stands Saturn Tempest is still very playable but could have been so much better.
