Yeah and rar files split into 20 mb files for usenet... not necessary anymore but then the format will be the same as the other DC releases.

Dream Resurrection or DCRES is a project maintained by TuxTheWise. You need to execute the "unpack.bat" before burning, it will unpack the .ecm file and create your
.cdi images.

If you need to apply any patch, do it in the unpacked .cdi file, not in the .ecm file.

Record the one with the speech you want, and select the proper option in the Options menu of the
game, else you won't hear any voice.

Finally I was able to release a single disc release of Sonic Adventure with stereo sound. There
was a price  to pay though: japanese and english voices had to be separated in different discs and
videos quality suffered considerably. They are slighty better in the English voices disc (I had
extra ~5mb), but they got fine in both discs, and won't be a problem at all. I'm very proud of my
trade-off choices in this game, and I'm pretty sure you'll like it too. Dude, sound is stereo!

File order also has been more optimized.

Oh, and people who keep bothering about japanese voices: they're clearly not exactly the same of
english voices, so subtitles aren't the real translation. Blame the developers. So if you're not
sure what to use, I recommend the English version (even being the adapted japanese content, voices
and subtitles match), but it's your choice at the end.

Even being a NTSC-J region game, it will work in any region console as usual and it will have 5
languages for subtitles.

PAL users, the game will show 50/60hz selector when booting on your consoles.

Enjoy another nice DCRES work.


Features of my release:
- Not corrupted files at all, it was made with GD dump files.
- Used custom DCRES optimization techniques. It means faster loadings and less Dreamcast reader
noise.
- Selfboot.

About the game:
- It has VGA Box support.

Other comments:
- "Extras" folder in the pack contains some useless stuff. It also contains some wallpapers that
were in the CD part of GD.
- Release comes with manual (of original Sonic Adventure) and covers (low quality).

Extracting files:
Use 7-zip. For unpacking the RAR files inside archive, you can use WinRAR.

Burning files:
Alcohol 120% probably can burn all extensions, but I recommend Disc Juggler for CDI files.
