Downloading games doesn't lose anyone any money directly. Presumably EB pay so much to the publishers for each game they sell. When you do this they have to pay the publishers but don't make any money from it.

Scamming them is no different to downloading a game you dont own.
Look at it this way lets say little Jimmy is selling his old NES collection the games he has for sale are not worth much but whatever he earns is going towards a new copy of Halo 6, The guy who wants to buy those games decides to just emulate them and downloads the roms now little Jimmy has no buyer he cant support the developers he once loved and has now resorted to crack.

I know I havn't downloaded a rom since I thought about it :(

Now I just download the latest iso's so I screw the corporations before it gets to the little Jimmy stage :)

yeah. If you pre-ordered bk nuts and bolts you got a download code for the original BK and you get the chance to download it before the rest of the public, and when its released to the rest of the public it will be 1200ms points.
