From my experience if you have a computer that play games decently, then you don't need a 360.People are utilizing the 360 as a watered computer, most of it's games are dumbed down shooters.I actually see sony trying to make real games on their system.

Peter Molyneux always puts his games on the PC, and they end up being better experiences than the console counterparts.Like I said the 360 just a sorry computer.People think that what makes PC gaming so good is the graphics, and they are wrong, it's everything else.

I can't agree. What does it for me is the Xbox Live experience. I won't argue with you though. Most hardcore pc gamers have already slammed down their stakes with "Well the PC is what MADE these games what they are today, and the consoles suck anyways" etc.

It's the same idea except I'm able to just sit in my sofa with some friends and play on a tv. That's my idea of videogaming. Not clicking and clacking on a keyboard with a mouse in my hand ...

It's all about preference.

Yeah and I love fps and I honestly hate playing with a mouse and keyboard. Also any gamepads I've bought for the computer either broke right away or were faulty from the start.
The only thing I really use computers for is Strategy games like Star Craft or Rome Total War, or online games like guild wars.

Got to admit, I prefer the mouse + keyboard for fps games too, but it's such a pain in the ass to have to upgrade your pc every year just to keep up.

Those kind of games that Tieden mentioned are the kinda games I like the PC for. Because those RTS kinda games REQUIRE/DEMAND a mouse, ya know? I always played those kinda games back in the day, Warcraft and Starcraft alike. Diablo 2 also. But FPS not so much. It was nice being able to have better response time, though.

exactly, Starcraft, Warcraft, and Diablo practically require a mouse. But I feel weird playing FPS games with a mouse. I never have a enough room on the desk to turn around. I guess I'm just too used to playing FPS's with a controller.

Even with  the few games that are actually different, they hardly merit the purchase of the console, but I really do want to try the new Banjo game.

It just depends on what game franchises you like best. When the first banjo game came out I had a ps1 and thought n64 was as kiddie as you could get. Especially when the 6 year old neighbor kid used to come over and talk about playing banjo-kazooie and watching Barnie in the same sentence. I on the other hand was always playing metal gear solid, final fantasy and resident evil.

I was always down with 64.  I got lucky with it I guess cause I never bought a shit game.  and I have a good 35 games.  but then I got the emu and a dvd of all the games and I soon found out I have nearly all the good games....    but its still one of my alltime favorite consoles.  most of the games I liked on ps1 didnt age well.  MGS is still worth playing  but two I liked back then were Duke Nukem TTK and Thrill Kill.  those games are kind of lame now.  Saturn still dominates.

Saturn will always rule, I don't think anyone was expecting up to date graphics out of saturn even when they were actually releasing games. I had one, and a ps1, and it was almost like a last gen console at the time. Didn't make it any less fun, and the not-so-great graphics never detracted from the games.

Well I just got me a XBOX 360. In my opinion that it is much better than the PS3. Only thing that I hate about the 360 is that it is so damn loud.

I haven't really found myself bothering about the sound of the fan for the 360. I've got an Elite now but I can't remember how loud my regular 360 was ... all I do is turn up the volume for the game and I'm set :)

No matter what anybody says, I can't help but believe that the only reason your all so anti ps3 is because it's too expensive for you. It's either that or your all halo junkies.
And the online aspect is perfect. I've had a 360 and a ps3, I have no idea why people think xbox live is better than psn.

XBOX LIVE IS 100 TIMES BETTER THAN PSN!!!

The arcade games on the PS3 suck ass, Hardly any one plays online, you can't voice chat while playing a game. Only thing I can think of that the PSN has over XBOX live is the price.

Why would I want to pay $399 for the PS3 while the cheapest XBOX for $199 can play about 90% of the PS3's game library.

and then you will probably talk about the 3 red rings of death while ignoring the disc read errors that the PS2 had and how many times you gave your NES games a blow job.
