I just got done making this background.
The location of the image is San Francisco USA

I think this is how I made it...

I found a stock photo using google.com, then past the photo into photoshop.

now make a new layer color the layer black & then go to Render > Diff Coulds  then set the blending to Huh?? i forget that part... then go Blur motion blur set it to hm... %40  and then press CTRL + U& mess with the colors Wink

thats about it

I think that is how I made this image dunno

Man I need cs3, gimp is crap on a stick, paint is better and easier to use.
