Yeah it might just be that the DC doesn't like disks burnt from your burner.

The Dreamcast I'm using was made in 1999. I have burned several games with DJ and they work fine. I've burned more games with alcohol 120 and they work fine too. I guess these files downloaded are just no good. Is there some way that i can convert them into a cdi or a cue file from the DJ form that they are in right now?

Try burning them at a slower speed or get an updated version of alcohol. Are the cd-r's you're using the same as you've used before?

Yea, they are the same CD-R's as b4. I got them to work by using the Raw DAO method in Alcohol 120. I thought all the methods were the same though, anybody know the difference between them? Also does the gameshark mess up the dreamcast?
