So guys i need a very good free win98 compatible antivirus, what would you recommend me? and where can i get it?.

I use AVG, idk if its win 98 compatible, i looked on the site and didnt see it. www.free.grisoft.com

Don't bother with panda, its useless. It misses about 30-40% of malicious files that come through

Avast is a very good antivirus program, imo one of the best.  And it's free legally too, that's always a plus.  It's light on resources too.

AVG and Avast are fantastic free products and wil handle up to 90% of stuff out there (Avast being slightly better) but if you want the best protection bar none go for either Kaspersky or bitDefender

yeah I have bitdefender since it comes with vista

I thought Avast was better than AVG just cuz :)

I used to have bitdefender but it "ran-out".
No keygen or crack worked after that.
I DL'd several newer versions but no luck.

I use AVG now.

Im using AVG right now, it seems works fine, no problem with win98 so far. Anyway ill try to get a legal copy of Kapersky or bitdefender as soon as i can.
