Please, I searched all over the internet. This game looks awesome, and definitely deserves a translation, so anyone can tell me why no one has started a translation project(ingame translation, not walkthrough) for it? I mean, all over the internet I couldn't find ANYONE talking about this, not even a "someone must translate this" and stuff. It really looks to be a rare jewel.

If you want a translation so bad, I'd suggest starting one yourself. At that point, you could try recruiting people to help - you've got a much better chance that way then just hoping someone else will do it.
I'm not even being sarcastic here, you really could do it. But most likely by the time you learned to read Japanese you would just play the game as it is and not bother to translate.
