Where the fupa is MvC2 on DLC?

So wtf Sega? First it was supposedly coming out in the end of June. Now it's July 22nd, but the ps3 is also getting a hard copy retail(well it comes in the 360 case with the card but then a extra dvd and artwork and such) for 20 but isn't going to be out till August.  When is this actually coming to the DLC?

My mistake just the awesome-ness of sega consuming me that is.

But it seems like a lot of dreamcast ports have been released into the Arcade lately.
