After extracting the 7z file you get several files:

If one of the above files is missing, you're dealing with an
incomplete and altered archive of this game. Better delete it and
look for the full release elsewhere.

Nothing was ripped or downsampled, it's all there :)

I ripped this game, because there was no decen't rip out there.
Accession totally fucked up their release. It wasn't selfboot, even
though they had planned to make it selfboot, but apparently they
weren't able to fix their mistakes, but still released that pile of
shit.
Even Echelon screwed up and released a flawed version which wouldn't
play all audiotracks. At least they delivered a fix for it, but
still...if you don't know that it exists, you're fucked.

### What's the deal with the Complete Editions?                    ###

My first 99min rips were kinda unoptimized due to external
circumstances. I decided to re-rip some of them. To distinguish
the new rips from my older ones, I called them "Complete Editions".
They have nothing or no essential game data ripped out and
thus preserve almost all or even 100% of the quality of the original
game.

cheap hobby. I need several Dreamcasts to test the rips on and I need
