I think it's broken or doesn't work, because while extracting the file, it stated that the CDI image was broken.

It's a .tar file, and I extracted with 7Zip. Am I doing something wrong?

has anyone had any problems with this one? every version of Ooga Booga i find skips when i try to play it. i'd hate to waste another cd.

What do you mean "skips"?  You mean the gameplay gets jerky sometimes?

I Have this same problem, it burns ok & boots but when you start to play it just keeps crashing!
any one got another link for that works?

I downloaded dcfan1's version of Ooga Booga and i have had some trouble burning it. I unrared it to a folder on my desktop and then there were two files, one called .mdf and .mds i then opened the .mds file with alcohol 120%  but i'm not sure what burning method i should use. I tried it on RAW SAO but my dreamcast cannot read it, i also tried with a bootdisc and had no success. I also have diskjuggler, but im not sure if that can read .mds files.
Please help asap

Thanks for the burning guide miketrix,  the game successfully gets read in the dreamcast, but the problem is game laggs alot and when i press the start button it freezes.
Anyone know why?

No idea my copy works just fine. But i burn alcohol images weird, I open them with a Image Drive and burn it from "disc" to disc with Nero. Otherwise, I like to stick to CDI.

Don't make the pirate taunt. Doing so seems to guarantee a lag/freeze. I've had it lag a bit even if I didn't taunt, but it's very rare.
