Title: Segagaga English translation?

Does anyone out there have the skills to take a dumped DC game like Segagaga and code it so the opening menu/battle system menu/inventory/general game options are in English? I understand translating the entire game is very time consuming, which is not the purpose of what I'm asking. I just want to know if anyone out there can make a 2-5% translation of the main menu's to make it playable for English speakers. Thanks!

How about using Google Translate mobile app camera mode to translate what you need when you need it?
